are you mom who just wants a minute to yourself?
Get your copy of Just Give Me a Minute (Or 10! and finally get the time for yourself that will make you the mom you long to be.
Hey Mama,
Has it been 4 days since your last shower?
Did you have big plans to finally catch up on your project–but your kiddos stayed home sick and you spent the day serving chicken soup and wiping little noses?
Are you tired because you stayed up late last night helping with a science fair project and now you're dragging through the day with no time to rest?
If you want to take care of your family without feeling exhausted and overwhelmed at the end of every day...but somehow every day ends without any time for you....then you're in the right place.
I had 4 kids in 6 years and when I think back to that time, I think I can sum it up in one word: exhaustion.
I was trying to do a good job: keeping the kids fed, and the house clean, and sometimes, when they were all in bed, trying to play catch up with all the ways I was falling behind.
Every day brought new messes, kids fighting, tears (theirs and my own), and disappointment in myself– a feeling that I just wasn't measuring up.
I wanted to feel like a good mom...
To know that I was doing enough...
To know that my efforts mattered.
But because I NEVER had time to myself...
Because the demanding waves of motherhood kept crashing down on me...
I never had time to take a breath and to see all the good I was doing.
If I'm being really honest –
Each time my kids climbed all over me at 6:00am before I was fully awake–
And with every task I was doing for my family that no one seemed to notice or appreciate -
I felt like I was slowly drowning in unmet expectations.
I knew I wanted more, but I didn't know how to do anything else without everything falling apart at home.
That was –
Until I created habits that allowed me to get time for myself every day.
Small increments of time allowed me to fill my own cup, and then to start making progress on my goals–
Goals I had almost forgotten I had!
I started to notice that my mom life looked different too.
I was proactively engaging with my kids, not just reacting to whatever they threw at me.
I knew I had learned something that had the power to wildly transform other moms' lives.
I started teaching my clients my proven formula for flexible, doable habits for moms and they started experiencing the same powerful results.
Suddenly moms had space in their day to prioritize themselves, to work on their goals, and to be in charge of their days, rather than feeling drained and frustrated before the day even began.
Now, my simple habits mean that even on my busiest days (and with one more kid in the mix), mom life is filled with calm instead of chaos.

DISCLAIMER: The methods I teach absolutely work…but they only work when you put them into practice. It’s only when you take action that you’ll see results like so many of my clients have.
The book I have for sale on this page will teach you to get the time you need
to feel how you want to feel in mom life.
It will show you the hidden mindsets that are keeping you stuck,
and the simple habits that will start to bring YOU back into your day.
You might be thinking that trying to get time for yourself is just one more thing on your list for you to feel defeated by.
There are only 24 hours in the day and they all seem to be taken up with what other people need.
You’re already doing all the things – trying to make meals that everyone will eat, getting the kids to soccer practice, get some quality time with your husband once in a while, and maybe once in a while, work on your own goals.
Trying to get time for you seems like just ONE MORE THING ON THE NEVER ENDING TO-DO LIST–
One more thing that's left undone.
Here's the thing:
You don't need another chore added to your mile-long to-do list that makes you feel like you're failing.
The #1 reason why you feel busy, overwhelmed, and left without any time for yourself is because you haven't created habits of daily self care.
Really.
Time for yourself starts with creating simple daily habits.
As a mom, I know you need a system for self care that is BOTH flexible AND doable.
One that works even when life throws curveballs at you - even when you were up with your little cutie all night long while he barfed in the toilet; even on the days that are jam-packed with sports practices and church commitments– you still need to make it work.
Just Give Me a Minute (Or 10)! will help you create systems in your life that make self care a non-negotiable.
